Richard Dovere
Managing Partner

Richard Dovere has experience in the multiple aspects of the political arena including campaign development, staff and volunteer management, and event development working in New York and Wisconsin and Arkansas. As Principal of Dovere Consulting, he designed software for network development for the legal and medical applications, and created websites, catalogs and management systems. Richard's insight and ability to translate client requirements to software applications is exceptional.

Scott Resnick
Developer

Working primarily with non-profit and political organizations, Scott specializes in providing web design solutions for existing and growing websites. Skilled in blog management and podcast communications, he provides a unique insight for our clients. When he is out of the office, Scott teaches a seminar class at the University of Wisconsin, and currently works on research in the field of criminal law. Matt Togstad
Developer

Matt Togstad is an experienced web designer, as well as an accomplished photographer. He brings an unmatched sense of creativity to the Hardin Design & Development team, and works diligently. Matt's professional background ranges from architectural engineering to artistic design, which he put to use at the web startup Inzum before coming to Hardin Design & Development. Mike Griepentrog
Developer

Mike is a talented software engineer who brings a level of cutting edge programming skills to Hardin Design & Development. Along with his background in computer science, Mike is a wizard as a system administrator. He has worked in the startup industry recently through his work as a programmer and web developer with Inzum. Cameron Marston
Developer

Cameron Marston is a newcomer to the Hardin team. He has an Associate Degree with honors from Purdue University's department of Computer Graphics Technology. He is pursuing a double Bachelor's in Communication Arts and Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has worked as webmaster for Students for Barack Obama at UW-Madison and as a consultant to College Democrats on campus. He hopes to develop his design and programming skills at Hardin Design & Development; to bring a certain level of personal panache to the team.

Matt Mella
Web Developer

Matt Mella is an innovative and thorough software developer. His wide range of talents make him a useful addition Hardin Design & Development. He is currently studying Computer Science and Physics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as being an avid juggler. He also has some artistic and math background that he puts to good use whenever the opportunity arises.
