Jon Hardin is the founder and president of Hardin Design & Development, Inc. Hardin has eleven years of experience as an application developer, ranging from working with NIH researchers to develop Java microscopy software to building cutting edge iPhone applications. For two years, Hardin worked with the Trace Center at the University of Wisconsin and the World Wide Web Consortium to help develop new standards in accessibility and ADA compliance in software. As the president of Hardin Design & Development, Hardin has overseen the development of hundreds of web, Facebook, iPhone, and Android applications for an impressive portfolio of clients including Mercedes-Benz, Disney, CNN, Coleman, the Golf Channel, IBM, AT&T, Dow Jones, FedEx, Hartford, DuPont Pioneer, the US Postal Service, and Sony, among others. Hardin has also worked to build incubator space for early stage technology startups in downtown Madison, and currently serves on the Economic Development Committee of Downtown Madison Incorporated (DMI). Hardin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and has been selected to In Business Magazine's Forty Under Forty.
Scott Resnick

Scott Resnick specializes in innovative and alternative solutions for project development, and consults on early-stage start-up concepts and corporate operations for new companies. Scott is deeply connected with the day-to-day activities of Hardin Design & Development. He primarily oversees over new business development, account management, portfolio investments, and human resources. He also manages project scopes, monitors launches, and creates business plans for clients. Outside of Hardin, Scott was a founding member of Capital Entrepreneurs, an organization of over 60 start-ups in Madison. In addition, Scott is also serving his first term on the City of Madison Common Council, where he is a member of the Economic Development Committee and the Madison Cultural Arts Board. Scott is on the board of directors of Madison's Central Business Improvement District and frequently guest lectures at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and like Jon, has been selected to In Business Magazine's Forty Under Forty.
